On June 11, the negative pressure ambulance donation ceremony by BAIC and BAIC Foton to Ecuadorian Ministry of Public Health (MSP) was held in Quito, the Capital of Ecuador. The Minister of Ecuadorian Ministry of Public Health Dr. Juan Carlos Zevallos, the Economic and Commercial Counselor of Chinese Embassy in Ecuador Chen Feng, the President of AYASA Group, the Foton (Ecuador) dealer, Nicholas Espinosa, and General Manager of Foton (Central America) Region Li Cheng jointly attended this ceremony. At the ceremony, the Minister of Ecuadorian Ministry of Public Health delivered the negative pressure ambulance to Pablo Arturo Suárez Hospital as the professional anti-pandemic rescue equipment, which is intended to enhance the Quito’s medical transport services and used for emergency medical transfer and rescue of local patients. The negative pressure ambulance delivered by BAIC Foton to the Ecuadorian Ministry of Public Health has also become the first negative pressure ambulance in Ecuador.
