On May 12, FOTON Brazil has officially been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system. Following the rollout of its first locally produced vehicle in April, this marks a major milestone in the company’s localization strategy in Latin America.

Dual Milestones in Localization

·April 8: The first Aumark light duty commercial truck was produced locally.

·May 12: Obtained ISO 9001 international certification, the quality system was authoritatively recognised.
