FOTON’s 100% electric light duty truck eAUMARK was announced in Argentina.
FOTON eAUMARK is the first 100% electric truck of its category in Argentina, designed for cargo transportation of intercity, urban and last mile deliveries. This model provides an intelligent and sustainable logistics solution, as it is part of the brand's commitment to clean energy, aimed at companies seeking to reduce their polluting emissions and thus reduce their carbon footprint. All this without leaving aside the comfort, ease of operation, safety system such as ABS, EBD, ESP, FCW, LDW, AEBS and etc. Compared that electric trucks sold in Argentina had little cargo and passenger capacity, eAUMARK is a real electric light duty truck that has a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 6 tons and a 3-passenger capacity with a maximum range of 250 km and a maximum speed of 80 km/h. It has options for fast charging with direct current or slow charging with alternating current. Battery charging time (20 to 100%) is approximately 1 hour for fast charging and 8 hours for slow charging.
FOTON’s first medium truck AUMAN EST-M arrives in Argentina
AUMAN EST-M is the first medium truck of the brand in Argentina, with a total gross weight of 17 tons and designed for intercity applications, support in construction or agricultural applications, among others. It has an efficient Cummins engine with 6 cylinders in line, 6.7 liters of displacement, 245 horsepower and a torque of 950 Nm. The gearbox is an 8-speed manual forward gearbox and its wheelbase is 4.8 meters.
The important launches together with FOTON’s existing models of AUMARK, TRUCK MATE line up is a sign of the consolidation of the brand as a strong player in the cargo transport segment in Argentina. The arrival of FOTON eAumark marks a milestone in Argentine for transportation electromobility.
