With 13 self-support regional distribution center, 12 regional service training center, over 1500 overseas service networks, Foton has constantly improved its global service system to satisfy the clients require care and to provide deeper experiences for them. Foton focuses on customer needs ad experience and create comprehensive, carrying personalized and professional services for client.

FOTON has established an overseas service network composed of 1,485 service outlets in over 80 countries and regions, including 168 level-1 outlets service management centers and 1,317 level-2 outlets service dealers, and 149 level-1 sales outlets distributors and 1,205 level-2 sales outlets dealers, covering main regions in Asia, America, Africa and Europe.
An industry-leading service policy
Focusing on customers’ satisfaction, FOTON has worked out an industry-leading service policy to provide long warranty period to customers. The service policy varies from brands, product lines and models. For details of warranty policy and compulsory warranty policy, please refer to driver’s warranty manual.
all-around service training
FOTON has set 12 service training centers in Thailand, Russia, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, Cuba, Peru, Chile, Iran, the Philippines, Columbia and Algeria. FOTON now provides training courses to over 100 countries and regions. FOTON provides service suppliers with all-around service training via the service training centers around the world. The training centers also provide new service stations with training on service management and service technologies in order to help the service stations to adapt to FOTON and to provide better service to customers.
The team is now composed of 30 lecturers, covering over 20 languages, including English, French, Spanish, Arabic and Russian. The training centers provide training on service management, parts logistics management and service engineering, aiming at providing every customer with a one-stop lifelong learning.
