With elevated three-dimensional warehouse, modern equipment, world-class warehousing management information system, bar code Reading technology, PDA mobile terminals and so on, we have achieved a high degree of information warehousing management. Foton has built distribution centers in Panama, Dubai, Germany, Russia, Indonesia, Brazil, Thailand, Kenya and other countries.

Outstanding supply ability: All parts are supplied by specified suppliers of vehicle and FOTON has established strategic cooperation with suppliers of key parts based on a sound supplier management system.Parts distribution centers have been set in main areas and countries around the world, cooperating with global leading logistics suppliers like DHL and CEVA, a 3-level parts supply system with CDC, RDC and NDC as the core is taking shape.
OTD SYSTEM
Overseas parts supply adopts OTD system developed by global leading suppliers like Accenture, SAP and IBM and forms strategic cooperation with the suppliers.

Overseas parts supply is realized via an assurance and supply system based on the three parts logistics centers in China and RDC, NDC and TDC off China.
The system ensures global agents to acquire parts in time and effectively.
GLOBAL PARTS CENTERS
We have 3 RDCs in Panama, Dubai and Germany, 6 NDCs in Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Brazil, Kenya, Thailand and Indonesia. We also cooperate with dealer for warehouse such as Philippines and Mexico. The distribution system gives us strong timeliness: 85% parts will be fulfilled when we received the orders, procurement cycle 7-25 days, packaging cycle 3-5 days, more than 98% orders will be fulfilled in 30 days.

In order to provide customers with cost-effective famous-branded parts, improve the after-sales service quality and customer satisfaction, and facilitate the customers’ purchase of spare parts, at the end of 2016, Foton Motor established its business of excellent spare part service.
