We rely on the worldwide distribution network to provide users with standards products, service, accessories, training and technical support. Foton has launched “Total Care” service gradually. With 13 self-support regional distribution center, 12 regional service training center, over 1500 overseas service networks, Foton has constantly improved its global service system to satisfy the clients require care and to provide deeper experiences for them. Foton focuses on customer needs ad experience and create comprehensive, carrying personalized and professional services for client.

FOTON has established an overseas service network composed of 1,220 service outlets in over 80 countries and regions, including 158 level-1 outlets service management centers and 1,062 level-2 outlets service dealers, and 149 level-1 sales outlets distributors and 1,205 level-2 sales outlets dealers, covering main regions in Asia, America, Africa and Europe.

SERVICE TRAINING
TRAINING CENTERS
FOTON has set 18 service training centers in Germany, Colombia, Chile, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Ghana, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, etc. FOTON provides dealers with all-around service training via the service training centers around the world. The training centers also provide new service stations with training on service management and service technologies in order to help the service stations to adapt to FOTON and to provide better service to customers.
TRAINING TEAM
The team is now composed of 36 lectures, covering over 10 languages including English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, and minor languages. The training centers provide training on service management, parts logistics management, and service engineering, aiming at providing every customer with a one-stop lifelong learning.
REMOTE SUPPORT
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
FOTON officially launched the development of the overseas version of IDE(Intelligent Diagnostics Experts) expert diagnosis system in April 2022, and it is now online on the webpage and APP segment simultaneously. Functions include circuit diagram query, vehicle fault diagnosis and fault code query, vehicle maintenance process query, and expert consultation on difficult problems, etc. It is mainly used for terminal service providers and frontline service personnel in overseas markets to efficiently solve vehicle fault diagnosis, rapid data query and technical support on difficult problems.
